- Please provide images with good quality and high resolution for the best result. We recommend a picture with resolution at least 1000px x 1000px for an optimal result.
- Quality of the picture that is submitted to us will not be further enhanced. It will be just the quality of image you provided!
- We highly recommend to use an image with close-up subjects.
- We adhere to the intellectual property right law and will not reproduce or copy any images which you do not own.
NOTES:
- Our goal is to custom-make a perfect design for you, we may redesign the photo to occupy the whole or part of the area to maintain the photo ratio. We may also center the text during engraving. If you have any special requirements of your photo or text, please contact us within 3 hours upon you submit the order.
- It is a personalized item. No return or exchange unless it is defective when you receive it.
