Please note that you do not have to register with PayPal in order to complete your order. We do not accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks.
All orders will be shipped from Hong Kong via Hong Kong postal service***. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We provide the following shipping methods: - Regular Airmail (7 - 14 business days)
- Registered Airmail (same as insured, 7 - 14 business days)
- Speedpost (2 - 3 business days)
Except Speedpost, which takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive most of the destinations, airmail packages usually takes 7 - 14 business days (without guarantee) to arrive. Please note that during certain times, the shipping turnaround time may be greater, depending on how fast the customs clears the cargo and how fast the local post office delivers the package.

Shipping cost = $2.00 (first qty) + $0.30 x 15 = $6.50. Since it is more than the maximum shipping cost we would charge for order total under $300.00 the shipping cost is $6.00.
Shipping insurance (optional) = $2.00
Example 3: An order contains 10 x se0001 at $3.99/ea and 6 x se0002 at $4.99/ea.
The order total is $69.84.
Shipping cost = $2.00 (first qty) + $0.30 x 15 = $6.50. Since it is more than the maximum shipping cost we would charge for order total under $300.00 the shipping cost is $6.00.
Shipping insurance (mandatory) = Free! Because order total is greater than $50.00 and is qualified for free upgrade to registered airmail.

For the first $300.00, the shipping cost is as follows:
First quantity item costs $2.00 and $0.30 for each additional for up to $6.00. When the shipping cost reaches $6.00.
After $300.00, an additional of $1.00 will be charged for each $50.00 over $300.00. Please note that the additional amount is a round-up, i.e. if your order total is only $25.00 over $300.00 it will be rounded up to $50.00 in the calcuation of shipping cost.

Example: An order contains 100 x se0001 at $3.99/ea and 5 x se0002 at $4.99/ea.
The order total is $423.95.
Shipping cost = $2.00 (first qty) + $0.30 x 104 = $33.20. Since it is more than the maximum shipping cost we would charge for the first $300.00 the base shipping cost is set to $6.00. For each $50.00 over $300.00 we will charge $1.00, so the final shipping cost is $9.00
Shipping insurance (mandatory) = Free! Because order total is greater than $50.00 and is qualified for free upgrade to registered airmail.

Expedited Service:
All expedited packages are shipped via Hong Kong Speedpost.
Shipping Cost:
$25.00 for each $1,000.00 in order total. Show Examples Hide ExamplesExample 4: The order total is $890.
Shipping cost for Speedpost = $25.00.
Example 5: The order total is $1600.
Shipping cost for Speedpost = $50.00.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. That's why we proivde the following discount.
- Order total less than $50.00: $2.00
- Order total greater than $50.00: Free upgrade to registered airmail with free insurance
Notes:
- All insured packages, except Speedpost packages, will be shipped via registered airmail.
- All registered packages require signatures.
- If you choose not to buy insurance for your order, we will not be responsible for the shipping loss. Please be aware of this.
*** All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. We reserve the right to ship the orders from any locations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it within 7 days of the date of receipt, via an insured method.
Along with your returned package, please include an insert that clearly shows your name, order number, and items and quantities being returned.
Please pack the returned items well. Items received damaged will be returned to the customer.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Any chains, including but not limited to sterling silver chains, Swarovski chains, vermeil chains, by the foot are cut to order and are not returnable.
- Swarvoski factory packs are not returnable if opened.
Damage and defect claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the purchase amount.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition.
